• Position Overview: As an Agency Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the creative and operational aspects of our insurance agency. You will collaborate with clients, creative teams, and various stakeholders to develop, produce, and manage projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in project management, client communication, and creative execution will contribute to the success of our agency's campaigns and initiatives. You will be able to sell auto, home, business and life insurance. You will get a full comprehensive training of all of our insurance products and will be provided with the tools and full support necessary to succeed.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Understand clients' goals and objectives, and provide strategic guidance to achieve them.
• Effectively communicate project updates, expectations, and deliverables to clients.
• Proactively address client concerns, provide solutions, and manage client expectations.

3. Creative Collaboration:

• Provide input and guidance on creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and creative teams, ensuring a smooth workflow and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an insurance Producer or similar creative environment.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and production workflows.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license required..
